Examine a range of social, psychological and educational theories underpinning adventure therapy and personal/team development coaching.

Demonstrate the ability to use a range of facilitation skills, leadership and group management techniques and apply professional ethics when working in an adventure therapy and/or development coaching context.

Explore the agencies that provide adventure therapy or development coaching and design programmes/ sessions for their clients.
