Introduction to Clinical Anatomy
To enable students to define and describe anatomical, physiological and pathological knowledge of the body systems across the life span relating to clinical problem solving in an osteopathic context.
- Identify and describe normal anatomical features of human body systems including superficial landmarks (surface anatomy) relating to viscera.
- Apply anatomical and pathophysiological principles to examination of the body systems.
- Explain changes to anatomy related to common pathological processes across the lifespan.
