Description

Apply numeracy, literacy and spatial skills to a defined mechanical engineering project, including introduction to CAD or CAD related programmes.

Apply a range of communication skills relevant to a project.

Demonstrate operational and theoretical knowledge of mechanical engineering processes and principles, including material utilisation and quality control considerations.

Work under limited supervision to perform a range of machining processes to complete defined mechanical engineering tasks.

Work safely in an engineering workshop.
