Introduction to Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Build your organisation’s understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi and learn how to create a partnership of respect and trust.

This course provides historical and current context to the Treaty. You’ll learn about the events that led to the need for an agreement between Māori and Pākehā and gain an understanding of the impact the Treaty has had on language, culture and identity. You’ll also explore how you can apply what you learn in your work and life.
