Hospitality Supported Learning Level 1 (Dual Enrolment)

Gain practical skills and knowledge for entry-level employment in the hospitality sector.

If you have a disability, this course provides you with a supported learning environment to help you transition from school to the workplace.

You’ll gain first-hand experience in cookery, baking, restaurant service and hospitality service. You’ll also participate in practical activities like eating out and preparing a light meal, plus you’ll learn about personal safety and basic hospitality terminology.

Students must be physically able to participate in all kitchen activities and meet the demands of commercial hospitality environments.

Dual Enrolment programmes are FREE if you're in Years 11, 12 or 13 and a great way to earn NCEA credits and get a feel for tertiary study, while you’re still at school.

Location: Christchurch

Fees may apply for International Students
