Having recently worked alongside four prominent Canterbury businesses to better understand the motivators of their Gen Z employees, leadership consultant Hazel Barrer is excited to share the results of her MBA consultation project at our August Breakfast and Upskill event.

Hazel has worked in a variety of roles in private and not-for-profit organisations, including the tertiary education sector for 15 years. After completing her MBA earlier this year, she’s taking a break to raise her son Kiyan and work as a consultant in the leadership space.
