Gen Z workshop
By 2025, Gen Z is estimated to make up 27% of the workforce globally. Their work habits, priorities and expectations differ from previous generations and are shaped by unique social, economic and technological factors. They bring fresh energy, digital expertise and new expectations to the workforce. If you want to harness their innovation, drive and enthusiasm to make meaningful contributions, you need to understand them.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use Design Thinking principles to:
- Explore Gen Z perspectives and gain insights into what has shaped the values, attitudes and expectations of Gen Z
- Identify the opportunities and challenges of effectively engaging Gen Z within your organisation
- Dive into research-backed strategies to enhance the engagement and retention of Gen Z employees
- Begin to develop ideas that can be implemented to better connect with and support Gen Z in your workplace
Your facilitator
Hazel has worked in a variety of roles in private and not-for-profit organisations, including 15 years in the tertiary education sector. She recently completed her MBA and is thrilled to bring her research and leadership experience together in this workshop.
