- Examine the reporting frameworks in New Zealand for companies.
- Apply accounting standards for the preparation and presentation of general or special purpose financial reports for profit entities.
- Process transactions relating to the formation of a company and distributions.
- Apply the current accounting requirements for consolidated financial statements.
- Apply and evaluate accounting information system (AIS) concepts and controls as they relate to financial reporting.
